Established Managers Masterclass

For staff members at King's who have successfully completed the Established Managers Masterclass. This two day in-person programme has been created to equip you with advanced skills and insights to enhance your leadership capabilities, drive team performance, and foster a culture of empathy and compassionate leadership within KCL. Four bespoke modules have been developed and cover the topics of communicating with impact, manager as coach, leading with empathy, and building and managing high performing teams.
